The  thick green chillies come out in the winters and are ideal fo pickling with Rina’s pachphoran khatta spices! Ofcourse they are slit and stuffed and soaked in pure cold pressed mustard oil. When matured, this colourful mirchi tastes great with its chatkhara khatta masala.
