Age old Traditional Bihari Recipe is a favorite of all! Cubes of raw mangoes are wrapped in layers of yellow mustard (sarson), magical spices and salt. The golden oil cold pressed mustard oil is then poured over it and pickled for days together in the earthen Barnis at Rina’s to get that perfect tasty achar. A generous heap of garlic pods added to it makes each piece crunchier than ever!
